The Mifflin-St Jeor formula
For men: BMR = 10 ร weight(kg) + 6.25 ร height(cm) โ 5 ร age + 5
For women: BMR = 10 ร weight(kg) + 6.25 ร height(cm) โ 5 ร age โ 161
TDEE = BMR ร activity multiplier, where the multiplier ranges from about 1.2 (sedentary) up to about 1.9 (extremely active).
